Honey Joys....I Love you

I love, love, love these sweet little delectable morsels.  At first bite they sweep me back to school fetes and my mums kitchen.  Ridiculously easy to make, beware, once made, you will NOT be able to stop eating them.


You will find variations of this recipe on other sites, these mainly use more honey and less butter.  I prefer this one however, if you are going to eat something sweet and delectable then lets load it up with butter.

Ingredients 90g butter or margarine 1/3 cup sugar 1 tablespoon honey 4 cups Corn Flakes (Who doesn't always have these thing in their fridge and cupboard) Method Preheat oven to 150°C. Line 24 hole patty pan with paper cases. Melt butter, sugar and honey together in a saucepan until frothy Add Corn Flakes and mix well Working quickly spoon into paper patty cases Bake in a slow oven 150°C for 10 minutes Cool.  Eat Now how easy is that!
